Dark chocolate omega 3 balls
When you want something sweet, but also nutritious. No added sugar, just good fats, fiber and antioxidants in one bite.
|5 spoons||hulled hemp seeds|
|4 spoons||chia seeds|
|1 spoon||cocoa powder|
|3 teaspoons||blend for Energy|
|half a glass||peanut butter|
|2 teaspoons||maple syrum|
We put all the ingredients in a food processor and grind.
After grinding, leave the mass in the fridge for at least half an hour.
When the mass cools, we form balls and sprinkle cocoa on them. Leave in the fridge for at least another 10 minutes and delicious!
