5 spoons | hulled hemp seeds |
4 spoons | chia seeds |
1 spoon | cocoa powder |
3 teaspoons | blend for Energy |
half a glass | peanut butter |
6 | dates (swollen) |
2 teaspoons | maple syrum |
Cooking instructions

We put all the ingredients in a food processor and grind.

After grinding, leave the mass in the fridge for at least half an hour.
