Fermented Cucumbers:
2-3 (depending on the jar size) Large cucumbers
3 cloves Garlic
Bunch Dill
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Honey
¾ cup Hot water (depending on the jar size)
Marinated Cucumbers:
2-3 (depending on the jar size) Large cucumbers
3 cloves Garlic
Bunch Dill
¼ cup Vinegar
¾ cup Hot water (depending on the jar size)
Accodring to your taste Chili flakes
Instructions

First, place the sliced cucumbers into a clean jar.

Add dill, crushed garlic, a teaspoon of salt, and honey (for fermented ones), vinegar (for marinated ones).

Pour in hot water and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator (for marinated, a couple of hours will suffice).
