This blend is rich in adaptogenic reishi mushrooms, known for thousands of years for supporting the immune system.
It also features aromatic antioxidants like turmeric and ginger, highly valued for their immune benefits, along with premium Ceylon cinnamon, which enriches the latte with antioxidants and adds natural sweetness.
Finally, to make daily immune support feel like a sweet caramel chai, natural spices such as mesquite, cardamom, nutmeg, and cloves complete the blend.
Mix one heaping tablespoon (7 g) with a glass of your favorite hot milk (250 ml). First, add a small amount of milk (50 ml) and stir with a milk frother or spoon, then add the remaining milk.

Yes, you can use multiple blends together. There’s no strict rule when it comes to using our blends - feel free to create a routine that works best for you. As a general guideline, we recommend not exceeding 3 tablespoons of Daily Spoon products per day.
Are the products suitable for vegans?
Almost all of the ingredients in our products are of plant-based, with the exception of the keratin in Ritual Hair, which is animal-based.
Do the products contain gluten or lactose?
No, our blends are both gluten and lactose-free. However, please note that some of our ingredients are packaged in a facility that also handles gluten-containing products.
