Cooking instructions
- Marinate the chicken with crushed garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper for at least one hour. Preferably overnight. Then bake for 30 – 35 minutes at 190 C.
- Chop the romaine lettuce. Place a small handful of grated Parmesan cheese, a tablespoon of olive oil, two squeezes of lemon juice, a teaspoon of lemon zest, salt and pepper. Toss them together while massaging.
- Slice the chicken and serve with the salad. Enjoy!
