Cooking instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds with the maple syrup and 200ml of strong coffee with almond milk (my ratio was 1:1, you can change it according to how strong you want your coffee to taste). Stir very well and refrigerate for at least a few hours.
  2. Choose your favourite yoghurt (I used coconut and vanilla) and then layer the pudding in the glass. If you choose a completely unsweetened yoghurt, I suggest adding a few teaspoons of maple syrup and cinnamon beforehand. Enjoy!

Yes, that's right, tiramisu. But with much less sugar and more fibre and omega-3 fatty acids. It really is the most nutritious sweet recipe I have ever tried.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 200 ml strong coffee with almond milk
  • Plain yoghurt
  • For garnish: cocoa, Ceylon cinnamon
