Realistically, it is a combination of tartare and ceviches, as the tuna is slightly "fried" in lime juice. This is one of my favourite summer recipes because of the richness of the flavours: sweetness, spiciness, freshness and acidity. Ahh, you must try it.
Cooking instructions
- It is important to chop all the ingredients SMALL so that the flavours blend and all the ingredients can go into one pot. Mix the chopped ingredients with the lime juice, olive oil and all the spices and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- If you want extra crunch, tartar is delicious “hanging” with corn chips. Enjoy!
