50 g | Oats |
125 g | Natural Greek yoghurt |
80 ml | Almond milk |
2 | Bananas |
1 | Egg |
Few tablespoons | Baking powder |
Pinch | Daily Spoon Ceylon Cinnamon |
To taste | Salt |
A generous spoonful | Honey |
30g | Daily Spoon caramel protein |
Instructions

Into the mixer pour oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, banana, egg, a sprinkle of baking powder, a dash of Ceylon cinnamon, a pinch of salt, honey, and, of course, caramel protein.

When the mixture is smooth, form the pancakes in the pan and add a slice of banana in the middle of each.

Once the pancakes are ready, top with your favourite sauce, berries or bananas and nut butter. Enjoy!
