Banana and caramel protein pancakes

Flavoured with peanut butter for good fat and Ceylon cinnamon for extra spice.

50 g Oats
125 g Natural Greek yoghurt
80 ml Almond milk
2 Bananas
1 Egg
Few tablespoons Baking powder
Pinch Daily Spoon Ceylon Cinnamon
To taste Salt
A generous spoonful Honey
30g Daily Spoon caramel protein


Into the mixer pour oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, banana, egg, a sprinkle of baking powder, a dash of Ceylon cinnamon, a pinch of salt, honey, and, of course, caramel protein.


When the mixture is smooth, form the pancakes in the pan and add a slice of banana in the middle of each.


Once the pancakes are ready, top with your favourite sauce, berries or bananas and nut butter. Enjoy!
