A handful of | frozen sliced zucchini |
1 teaspoon | almond butter (recipe is here) |
1 | frozen banana |
1/3 teaspoon | Ceylon cinnamon |
A handful of | frozen blueberries |
Additional: 1 teaspoon | hulled hemp seeds |
