Blueberry and zucchini smoothie
A nutritious smoothie, which is suitable for both breakfast and dessert. Zucchini gives the cocktail a creamy texture, and the berries are filled with antioxidants!
|1 cup||plant-based milk|
|A handful of||frozen sliced zucchini|
|1 teaspoon||almond butter (recipe is here)|
|1/3 teaspoon||Ceylon cinnamon|
|A handful of||frozen blueberries|
|Additional: 1 teaspoon||hulled hemp seeds|
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix everything until the desired texture. You can add some extra milk to make it more liquid. Bon appetit!
