Chia pudding with a teaspoon of energy

Chia pudding has a lot of fiber and a few teaspoons of Daily Spoon Energy blend make such a breakfast even more comprehensive, as the blend is rich in protein, antioxidants, and energy-stimulating ingredients like cocoa and maca✨.

3 tablespoons | chia seeds |
120 ml | plant-based milk (I used almond milk) |
2 teaspoons | maple syrup (honey or other desired sweetener) |
Additional: 1 teaspoon | Daily Spoon for Energy |

In the jar, mix the seeds with milk, maple syrup and store it tightly closed in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, add the blend for Energy, season with nut butter, and favorite nuts and berries. Enjoy!
