Chicken salad with Parmesan and Lemon dressing

For marinade: | Garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil |
As needed | Romaine lettuce |
Small handful | Grated Parmesan |
1 tablespoon | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | Grated lemon zest |
As needed | Salt, pepper |

Marinate the chicken with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least an hour. Overnight is best. Then, we bake for 30-35 minutes at 190°C.

Slice Romaine lettuce. On top, we add a small handful of grated Parmesan, a tablespoon of olive oil, two tablespoons of lemon juice, a teaspoon of its zest, salt, and pepper. Mix it all together by massaging.

Slice the chicken and serve it with the salads. Enjoy!
