Chicken salad with Parmesan and Lemon dressing
Fesh, simply, and nutritiously. Summer salads that will provide your body with necessary nutrients and satisfy it perfectly.
|For marinade:||Garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil|
|As needed||Romaine lettuce|
|Small handful||Grated Parmesan|
|1 tablespoon||Olive oil|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|1 teaspoon||Grated lemon zest|
|As needed||Salt, pepper|
Marinate the chicken with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least an hour. Overnight is best. Then, we bake for 30-35 minutes at 190°C.
Slice Romaine lettuce. On top, we add a small handful of grated Parmesan, a tablespoon of olive oil, two tablespoons of lemon juice, a teaspoon of its zest, salt, and pepper. Mix it all together by massaging.
Slice the chicken and serve it with the salads. Enjoy!
