Chocolate cherry smoothie for energy

|½ cup (125 ml)||water|
|a few pieces||frozen banana|
|1 teaspoon||natural peanut butter|
|1 spoon||Daily Spoon blend for Energy|
|1 teaspoon||unsweetened cocoa|
We put everything in the mixer and mix according to the desired texture and if you want it lighter, add extra milk. Enjoy!
