At times you need something more refreshing than a smoothie, maybe feel a shortage of vegetables in your daily meals, or just want to pamper your skin and gut health from within. Then this juice is a #1 solution. Celery, spinach, and ginger are the products, which I use most often in juices due to the high amount of vitamin C, antioxidants, and their anti-inflammatory properties. Even if this juice isn’t a magical potion, I think it’s the closest thing I’ve found. By drinking them my digestive activity always improves, and by consuming them regularly, I also noticed improved skin condition.

1 cup (250ml) water
celery stalk
1 apple
A handful of spinach
A half of big cucumber
Half a lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
Instructions

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend well for a few minutes.

Then, using a food gauze, firmly squeeze the juice.

Even if this method does not require a juicer, doing this we lose a little fiber from fruits and vegetables. My advice here is to mix some of the remaining juice pulp back into the juice, but it depends on your taste. However, if you are not ready to invest in a juicer, it does not mean that you can not enjoy the juice 🙂
