6 Kalamata olives

Tzatziki:
Half Cucumber
Some Green onion and dill
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Little Salt, pepper, garlic (or their granules)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

We prepare tzatziki: grate half a cucumber, slice some green onions and dill, mix everything with 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic (or its granules), and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

In a bowl, arrange cooked quinoa, thinly sliced bell peppers and cucumbers, Kalamata olives, and pita bread slices in a circle. In the center, place the tzatziki sauce. Enjoy your meal!
