Lemon and Ginger Ice Pops for the Immune System

PORTIONS: –

I knock on wood three times (knock, knock, knock), but this season I managed to stay healthy, even though it seems like everyone else has had at least one cold this season. I attribute this to vitamin C, nutrition, sleep, and our immune system mixture, which I use regularly since we changed its flavor.

To encourage you to include the mixture more often in your routine, I present a tried and tested method – immune system ice pops.

Šviežios apelsinų sultys
Ingredientai Ingredients
2 Lemons
1 piece Ginger root (approximately 4-5 cm long)
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Daily Spoon for Immune System
1 glass Milk / water
Cooking instructions

1

In the blender go: 2 lemons (seedless and if using the peel, it’s better to use organic), a 4-5cm piece of ginger root, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of  For Immune System mixture, and a glass of milk or water.

2

Blend everything together and freeze it. When you crave some ginger tea, take out two ice pops and pour hot water over them (although I show it in the video with milk, using water is a better option). Along with the mixture, you’ll get adaptogenic reishi mushrooms, known for supporting the immune system. Enjoy and stay healthy!
