1 cup (250 ml) | Plant-based milk (I use almond) |
1 | Banana (preferably frozen) |
3 tablespoons | Almond flour |
2 teaspoons | Daily Spoon matcha powder |
1 teaspoon | Maple syrup or honey |
Optional: 2 teaspoons | Hulled hemp seeds |
