Mexican-style quinoa salad with BBQ corn and feta cheese

Half of a lemon |

Cooking instructions

On high heat, we roast the corn with spices until you can see them lightly browning, as if they were grilled.

Then, for the sauce, we mix lemon juice, the desired amount of cilantro, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and salt with pepper.
