1 spoon | Chia seeds |
60 ml | Milk |
2 spoons | Natural Greek yoghurt |
Half | Banana |
2 tablespoons | Mint flavour Daily Spoon blend for Balance |
Toppings | Blackberries or other favourite berries |

Mix a spoon of chia seeds with the milk and leave to swell for about half an hour.

Put the Greek yoghurt, the swollen chia seeds and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy!
