1 spoon Chia seeds
60 ml Milk
2 spoons Natural Greek yoghurt
Half Banana
2 tablespoons Mint flavour Daily Spoon blend for Balance
Toppings Blackberries or other favourite berries
Instructions

Mix a spoon of chia seeds with the milk and leave to swell for about half an hour.

Put the Greek yoghurt, the swollen chia seeds and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy!
