Especially over the last few years I reduced my alcohol intake. I just don't like the way it makes me feel. But one of the biggest barriers is social exclusion if you don't have a cocktail in your hand.
So, to avoid empty hands and to keep feeling good, I choose to sip this cocktail.
Cooking instructions
- Place a handful of frozen cherries that have thawed a little, a teaspoon of honey and a squeeze of lime juice in a glass. “Pat the cherries to release the juice.
- Add ice cubes. Top up with tonic water.
- Stir in a sprig of thyme and enjoy!
