Nutritious breakfast: avocado toast

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Toast the sourdough bread in a pan with a little olive oil.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork, adding lime juice and salt.
  3. In a heated pan coated with olive oil, pour in the beaten eggs.
  4. When the eggs are not fully cooked, remove the pan from the heat. Sprinkle with parmesan and cover to let the cheese melt.
  5. Place the omelette on the toast, add microgreens/sprouts, and a bit of spicy sauce. Top with berries.
  6. And always: coconut milk + ice + our matcha for steady energy and antioxidants. 🤍
