2 large Bananas
½ cup (120 ml) Almond or coconut milk
1.5 cups (150g) Almond flour (regular flour can also be used, but almond flour is more nutritious)
3 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Pinch Salt
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
3 tablespoons Melted coconut oil
½ bar Dark chocolate

With a fork, mash the bananas well and mix in the eggs and milk.

Leaving the chocolate aside, add all the remaining ingredients and mix gently.

Then, cut the chocolate into smaller pieces (about 0.5cm) and fold them into the batter.

Place the muffin batter into the molds and bake for 22-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Before removing, perform a toothpick test. Enjoy! 💛
