PORTIONS: 10-12 Cookies
There’s no need for many words – just two classic flavors that complement each other perfectly. No flour and little sugar, so you won’t feel weighed down after them, but you might want to have another bite.
Ingredients
2 large | Bananas |
½ cup (120 ml) | Almond or coconut milk |
1.5 cups (150g) | Almond flour (regular flour can also be used, but almond flour is more nutritious) |
3 teaspoons | Baking powder |
1 teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Pinch | Salt |
2 tablespoons | Maple syrup |
3 tablespoons | Melted coconut oil |
½ bar | Dark chocolate |
Cooking instructions
1
With a fork, mash the bananas well and mix in the eggs and milk.
2
Leaving the chocolate aside, add all the remaining ingredients and mix gently.
3
Then, cut the chocolate into smaller pieces (about 0.5cm) and fold them into the batter.
4
Place the muffin batter into the molds and bake for 22-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Before removing, perform a toothpick test. Enjoy! 💛
