3 tablespoons Chia seeds
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
200 ml Strong coffee with almond milk
One pack Plain yogurt without additives
For flavoring Cocoa and Daily Spoon Ceylon cinnamon

Mix the chia seeds with maple syrup and 200ml of strong coffee with almond milk (my ratio was 1:1, but you can adjust according to your preferred coffee strength). Mix well and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Choose your favorite yogurt (I used coconut and vanilla) and then layer the pudding in a glass. If you opt for unsweetened yogurt, I suggest stirring in a few teaspoons of maple syrup and cinnamon beforehand. Enjoy!
