Yes, that’s correct, tiramisu. Except with significantly less sugar, but more fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. This is truly the most nutritious sweet recipe I have ever tried.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons | Chia seeds |
2 tablespoons | Maple syrup |
200 ml | Strong coffee with almond milk |
One pack | Plain yogurt without additives |
For flavoring | Cocoa and Daily Spoon Ceylon cinnamon |

Mix the chia seeds with maple syrup and 200ml of strong coffee with almond milk (my ratio was 1:1, but you can adjust according to your preferred coffee strength). Mix well and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Choose your favorite yogurt (I used coconut and vanilla) and then layer the pudding in a glass. If you opt for unsweetened yogurt, I suggest stirring in a few teaspoons of maple syrup and cinnamon beforehand. Enjoy!
