Tiramisu with strawberries – my all-time favorite dessert 💃

10 | Egg yolks |
8 tablespoons | Brown sugar |
1 kg | Mascarpone cheese |
2 cups | 2 cups |
2 packs | Ladyfinger cookies |
3 tablespoons | Natural Daily Spoon cocoa |
3 handfuls | Strawberries |

Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and beat well until you get a consistent and creamy texture. Then, fold in the mascarpone cheese.

You’ll need enough cream for three layers – you can estimate it by eye or distribute it evenly before layering.

Layering: spread a small amount of cream on the bottom of a dish and place ladyfinger cookies soaked in coffee (they should hold their shape and not be too soggy). Then, layer with cream, sprinkle cocoa, and add strawberries. Place soaked ladyfingers on top, add cream, cocoa, and for the middle layer, you can skip the strawberries. Repeat all the layers and top with strawberries as decoration.

Place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and enjoy the deliciousness!
