Turmeric is one of the most commonly researched spices due to its effects on our body. It is a potent antioxidant that protects our cells from aging. Turmeric also possesses anti-inflammatory properties, making its supplements beneficial for improving skin condition or strengthening the immune system. ✨
This spice has a particularly strong flavor, so while its properties are indeed excellent, it should not be excessively used in dishes. One way to enjoy it is in cocktails. I’m sharing my favorite.✨
Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) | Water |
1 | Banana (preferably frozen) |
½ cup | Orange juice |
Small handful | Frozen mangos |
½ teaspoon or less | Turmeric |
Optional: pinch | Fresh pepper |
Cooking instructions

Put everything into a blender and blend well for a couple of minutes. Enjoy!
