This spice has a particularly strong flavor, so while its properties are indeed excellent, it should not be excessively used in dishes. One way to enjoy it is in cocktails. I’m sharing my favorite.✨

1 Banana (preferably frozen)
½ cup Orange juice
Small handful Frozen mangos
½ teaspoon or less Turmeric
Optional: pinch Fresh pepper
