Tuna tartare with mango salsa

Actually, it’s a combination of tartare and ceviche since the tuna is slightly “cooked” in lime juice. This is one of my favorite summer recipes because of the richness of flavors: sweetness, spiciness, freshness, and tanginess. Ahh, you must try it!

Half Cucumber
Half Avocado
Half Mango
Handful Green chili pepper (seedless)
Bunch Parsley
1 lime Lime juice
1 Fresh tuna steak
According to your taste Chili flakes, salt, pepper
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Bit Corn tortilla crisps (if desired)


It’s important to finely chop all the ingredients so that the flavors mix together and all the ingredients come together in harmony. Mix the chopped ingredients with lime juice, olive oil, all the spices, and leave them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.


If you want extra crispiness, you can deliciously “hang” the tartare with corn tortilla crisps. Enjoy!
