1 teaspoon | blend to Relax |
½ teaspoon | Ceylon cinnamon |
½ glass | hot water |
½ glass | plant milk |
Cooking instructions

Place a teaspoon ofthe blend to Relax and, Ceylon cinnamon in a cup, pour in the hot water. Whisk everything together.

Whisk the milk separately. Then pour it into the previously whisked mixture. Top it with Ceylon cinnamon. Enjoy!
