Products
Are the products suitable for vegans?
Almost all of the ingredients in our products are of plant-based, with the exception of the keratin in Ritual Hair, which is animal-based.
Do the products contain gluten or lactose?
No, our blends are gluten and lactose free. However, some of our ingredients are packaged in a room where gluten-containing products can also be packaged.
Do the products have sugar, sweeteners, or flavor enhancers?
No, our blends consist only of natural, plant-based ingredients.
What allergens are in the products?
There are no allergens among the ingredients in our blend, but they are packaged in a room that may contain traces of nuts and celery.
Where are blends made and where do their ingredients come from?
Daily Spoon products and most of their ingredients are made in Lithuania. More exotic ingredients such as spirulina, maca, etc. are sourced from food wholesalers in Germany and the UK, who have extensive resources to ensure high quality of raw materials.
Usage
Is it possible to use several blends at once?
Yes, the blends can definitely be used together as all the ingredients are natural and are not concentrated.
The important thing to remember is that there is no strict discipline when using our blends – you can create a routine that works for you.
As a guideline, we suggest not to exceed 3 tablespoons of Daily Spoon products per day.
When and how is best to use blends?
You can use the mixes at your convenience by mixing them with fruit smoothies, yogurts, porridges, plant-based milk, or just water.
For better absorption, we suggest using:
After food: Hair, Gut Prime, Glow, for Immune System, for Energy
Before food: for Gut Bliss, for Skin Glow, for Balance, adaptogenic mushrooms.

Is it possible to use the products during pregnancy and lactation?
All Daily Spoon products are natural, especially nutritious, and have no concentrated ingredients, but we recommend consulting your doctor before using them during pregnancy or lactation.
How is best to store the blends?
Blends are best stored in a closed package in a dark and cool place. A fridge is perfect for that.
From what age can products be used?
Although all the ingredients are natural and the blends do not contain concentrated doses, we recommend that little ones use the blends from the age of 12, half a serving (except for adaptogenic mushrooms, which are recommended from at least 15 years of age).

Delivery of goods in Lithuania
The courier delivers orders on weekdays until 5 p.m.DPD and Omniva self-service parcel terminals (within 1 – 3 weekdays after order confirmation)

If the customer fails to collect the parcel from the self-service parcel terminal by the deadline set by the transport company, it is returned to the sender. If the customer wants the parcel to be re-sent, he/she must pay the cost of the additional postage and return.
! During the hot period, please choose the delivery method responsibly. We recommend picking up the parcels as soon as possible or choosing another delivery method.

In Lithuania for orders from € 66.00 delivery via Omniva and DPD terminals is FREE.
For orders in Lithuania up to € 66.00, an additional delivery fee applies:
