Ceylon cinnamon is extracted from the inner bark of the Cinnamomum verum tree. Ceylon is rich brown and its sticks are made up of many thin layers. These specific properties indicate the quality of cinnamon. It is less common than our usual cinnamon, but has long been used as a spice in cooking. Ceylon cinnamon is a powerful antioxidant that protects our DNA cells from oxidative stress. Also, research has found that cinnamon can help reduce sugar cravings.

How to use?
