Can I use several blends at once?
Yes, you can use multiple blends together. There’s no strict rule when it comes to using our blends – feel free to create a routine that works best for you. As a general guideline, we recommend not exceeding 3 tablespoons of Daily Spoon products per day.
Are the products suitable for vegans?
Almost all of the ingredients in our products are of plant-based, with the exception of the keratin in Ritual Hair, which is animal-based.
Do the products contain gluten or lactose?
No, our blends are both gluten and lactose-free. However, please note that some of our ingredients are packaged in a facility that also handles gluten-containing products.
When and how is best to use blends?
You can use the mixes at your convenience by mixing them with fruit smoothies, yogurts, porridges, plant-based milk, or just water.
For better absorption, we suggest using:
After food: Hair, Gut Prime, Glow, for Immune System, for Energy
Before food: for Gut Bliss, for Skin Glow, for Balance, adaptogenic mushrooms.
