How to use?
Adults take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times a day with a glass of water. After a month of regular use, a break of one month is suggested.
If you are taking medication, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Do not administer to children, pregnant and lactating women. A food supplement is not a substitute for food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Store in a dry, dark place out of the reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding 22°C.
