An adaptogen-rich routine will give you more energy and stamina during exercise, and after the workout - the proteins will aid recovery and support muscle growth.
We recommend taking 2 Cordyceps capsules regularly, 1-3 times a day with a glass of water. After exercise, we suggest mixing 2 tablespoons of protein with a glass of water or milk, or add it to yoghurt, your favourite porridge or fruit smoothie. The temperature of use should not exceed 80°C.

Do the products contain gluten or lactose?
No, our blends are gluten and lactose free. However, some of our ingredients are packaged in a room where gluten-containing products can also be packaged.
Is it possible to use the products during pregnancy and lactation?
All Daily Spoon products are natural, especially nutritious, and have no concentrated ingredients, but we recommend consulting your doctor before using them during pregnancy or lactation.
Is it possible to use several blends at once?
Yes, the blends can definitely be used together as all the ingredients are natural and are not concentrated.
The important thing to remember is that there is no strict discipline when using our blends – you can create a routine that works for you.
As a guideline, we suggest not to exceed 3 tablespoons of Daily Spoon products per day.
Are your products plant-based?
Almost all of the ingredients in our products are of plant-based, with the exception of the keratin in Ritual Hair, which is animal-based.
How is best to store the blends?
Blends are best stored in a closed package in a dark and cool place. A fridge is perfect for that.
From what age can products be used?
Although all ingredients are natural and the blends do not contain concentrated doses of ingredients, we recommend that little ones use the blends from the age of 12 years onwards in half portions. However, we do have clients who have younger children who also try the blends. In this case, it is important to make sure that they are not sensitive or allergic to the ingredients in the formula.
