About the bundle

For energy and focus

Sourced from Kyoto, one of the world’s finest matcha regions, this exceptionally fresh matcha creates smooth lattes for steady energy and sharper focus. The centuries-revered adaptogen Lion’s Mane nourishes the brain and brings mental clarity, while De-stress supports the body in managing stress, improving rest, and helping you stay balanced during challenging periods.

Why you’ll love it? arrow arrow

Not only does matcha provide sustained energy without sudden crashes, but its L-theanine also enhances concentration, making it easier to stay focused and productive throughout the day. Supported by the adaptogen Lion’s Mane, known as “brain food,” it helps clear brain fog, being ideal for those who work and study.

Finally, De-stress, with its blend of magnesium, amino acids, and extracts of griffonia, melissa, and passionflower, promotes relaxation and eases tension in the body.

How to use? arrow arrow

We recommend taking 2 Lion's mane capsules regularly, 1-3 times a day with a glass of water, and swapping your cup of coffee for a matcha latte when you're feeling low on energy.

Mix a packet of De-stress (6 g) with a glass (200 ml) of water after food. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before use. Do not use in children under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. The food supplement is not a substitute for food. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Store in a dry, dark place out of the reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding 22°C.

Brigita

Concentration has improved significantly. After two pregnancies, both memory and concentration were "escaping" somewhere, so when I started taking Lion's mane I felt the positive effects.

Gema

I like that the taste of this matcha is mild, not bitter, and the colour is really very rich and green.

Viktorija

It is a very tasty ritual that helps when you don't know what to do with the stress you're under, and when you drink it, it's as if all the chatter in your head goes away and rationality takes its place again.

F.A.Q

Any questions?

arrow arrow Can matcha be used during pregnancy and lactation?

It is not recommended to exceed 150-200mg of caffeine per day during pregnancy. A cup of matcha contains about 40-60mg of caffeine, so it can be used in moderation if your doctor does not suggest giving up caffeine completely.

arrow arrow Does matcha have caffeine?

Yes, matcha contains about 40-60 mg of caffeine per serving, but unlike coffee, matcha also contains the amino acid L-theanine. It slows down the release of caffeine – softening its effects and promoting relaxation.

Instead of the quick caffeine spike followed by an energy crash, like with coffee, the energy from matcha is released more slowly and steadily. This is why matcha provides a sense of calm alertness. Additionally, caffeine and L-theanine working together can help improve focus for tasks that require cognitive effort.

arrow arrow What region of Japan is this matcha from?

Matcha comes from the Kyoto region of Japan – one of the best matcha-producing regions in the world.

arrow arrow How many cups of matcha can I drink per day?

A cup of matcha contains about 40-60 mg of caffeine. It is recommended not to exceed 400 mg of caffeine per day.
