The essential amino acids for hair are provided by keratin, the main building material for curls. This is where L-glycine, the main component of collagen, and L-glutamine come in to play to improve the absorption of the active ingredients.
We've combined bamboo, pomegranate extracts and quercetin from Japanese soapwort flowers, who will be responsible for the natural hair care.
We've made sure you get the full spectrum of minerals to support strong and healthy curls. You'll get the right amount of zinc, copper, biotin and selenium in one place, which helps keep your curls looking great and protects cells from damage. The minerals are in the form amino acids, which are better absorbed that way.
And, of course, blackcurrants and strawberries for extra nutrition and a natural, fresh berry taste.
Simply mix one sachet (5 g) per day with a glass of water (200 ml), after a meal. Use for a 3–6 month course once a year. For best nutrient absorption, do not consume the product with coffee.

Do the products contain gluten or lactose?
No, our blends are both gluten and lactose-free. However, please note that some of our ingredients are packaged in a facility that also handles gluten-containing products.
Is it possible to use several blends at once?
Hair perfectly combines with all Daily Spoon products and can be used simultaneously. By combining several rituals throughout the day, we get more diverse nutrients.
Are your products plant-based?
Nearly all of the ingredients in our products are plant-based, with the exception of the keratin in Ritual HAIR, which is derived from animals.
How long should I use it? Do I need to take a break afterwards?
We suggest a course of 3-6 months once a year.
Why is it not suitable for pregnant and lactating women?
