Believe me, this sauce would make cardboard delicious too. This salad is particularly rich in protein and broccoli is known as one of the best vegetables for our hormones and longevity.
Cooking instructions
- Place the broccoli in boiling water for 8 minutes and, after removing it, soak it in cold water.
- Chop broccoli, oven-roasted chicken, cucumber, onion, handful of dill.
- For the dressing: add the Greek yoghurt, feta, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and 3 roasted garlic cloves (you can roast them by wrapping the cloves in foil and baking them in the oven for at least 15 minutes at 190 C). Add a few tablespoons of water and shake.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, add chilli flakes if you like and enjoy!
My suggestion is to make a larger quantity for the next day, just without the sauce, but putting it aside.
