Cooking instructions

  1. Keep the pot on a medium heat and add the oats and milk.
  2. Keep stirring and after a few minutes, add the banana, mashed with a fork. Once the oats are cooked, just add the Energy blend. If you’d like it to taste more like chocolate, add a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa.
  3. Place the porridge in a bowl and garnish with chia seeds, nut butter and berries. Enjoy!

A good, complete porridge should contain oats as well as seeds, protein, healthy fats and antioxidants. And there's nothing better for starting the day than a bowl of chocolate and banana porridge.

  • 1 glass of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup wholemeal oats
  • Half banana
  • 2 tsp Daily Spoon blend for Energy
  • Spoonful of maple syrup
  • Handful of berries
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
