Cooking instructions

  1. Using a fork, mash together the tuna, half a ripe avocado, half of a small finely chopped red onion, a teaspoon of mayo (optional — I definitely added too much in the video 🫣), and some chili flakes if you like it spicy.
  2. Slice cucumber and red bell pepper into thin strips. Mix your leftover rice with a splash of rice vinegar.
  3. Wrap everything up in a sheet of nori (seaweed) — and enjoy!
