Chocolate banana porridge for energy

An example of a comprehensive porridge: oats are fortified with seeds, protein, good fats and antioxidants. And yet a combination of chocolate and bananas is the best choice to start the day.

Ingredients
1 glass | almond milk |
1/2 glass | whole grain oats |
half | banana |
2 teaspoon | blend for Energy |
1 teaspoon | maple syrup |
handful | berries |
1 teaspoon | peanut butter |
Cooking instructions

Keep the pot on medium heat and add the oats with the milk.

Stir constantly and after a few minutes add the crushed banana. Once the oats have boiled, add the blend for Energy. If you want more chocolate flavor, add a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa.

We put the porridge in a bowl, garnish with chia seeds, peanut butter and berries. Enjoy!
