Our cacao is grounded from criollo cacao beans, which are collected by hand and fermented, thus reducing the natural bitterness of the beans. Cacao is 100% natural, not genetically modified.
Cacao trees are grown to a high standard – the trees have no contact with pesticides. To ensure quality, research on the concentration of heavy metals and mycotoxins is carried out on a regular basis.
