    I’ve also included spirulina in my other blends. Since I tolerate different flavors, it wasn’t a problem for me, but those who are more sensitive may need to find ways to improve its taste 🙂 But after all, it’s worth making an effort for health and better well-being 😉.

How to use?

Probably the only downside of spirulina is its stronger sea flavor, but when mixing with fruit smoothies or adding lemon juice to water, the flavor really fades and only the benefits of this superfood remain.
