Cooking process

Ingredients

  • Glass of wholemeal oats
  • Glass of cottage cheese
  • Spoonful of chia or flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp of your favourite nut butter
  • A spoonful of honey or maple syrup (if you’re making a dessert/appetizer rather than breakfast)
  • Glass of your favourite milk
  • 3 tbsp Daily Spoon Dark chocolate protein
  • A handful of your favourite berries
