Ingredients
- Glass of wholemeal oats
- Glass of cottage cheese
- Spoonful of chia or flaxseed
- 2 tbsp of your favourite nut butter
- A spoonful of honey or maple syrup (if you’re making a dessert/appetizer rather than breakfast)
- Glass of your favourite milk
- 3 tbsp Daily Spoon Dark chocolate protein
- A handful of your favourite berries
