Healthy Berry Crumble

40 min
Fullness

Ingredients

  • 400 g frozen berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp Immunity Blend
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • Nuts and seeds of your choice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 heaped tbsp nut butter
  • A pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a baking dish, combine 400 g of frozen berries (I use a mix of blueberries and raspberries) with 1 tsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp coconut sugar, and 2 tbsp of the Immunity Blend. I use it like a mix of cinnamon, cloves and cardamom to add a subtle gingerbread flavour.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats with your choice of nuts and seeds. I use sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds and pecans. Stir in 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 heaped tbsp nut butter and a pinch of salt.
  3. Spread the oat mixture evenly over the berries and bake at 180°C for 30–40 minutes, until the berries are bubbling and the topping is golden and crisp.
  4. Serve with cream or Greek yogurt, as desired. 🍦
