A good, complete porridge should contain oats as well as seeds, protein, healthy fats and antioxidants. And there's nothing better for starting the day than a bowl of chocolate and banana porridge.
Cooking instructions
- Keep the pot on a medium heat and add the oats and milk.
- Keep stirring and after a few minutes, add the banana, mashed with a fork. Once the oats are cooked, just add the Energy blend. If you’d like it to taste more like chocolate, add a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa.
- Place the porridge in a bowl and garnish with chia seeds, nut butter and berries. Enjoy!
