Yes, you can use multiple blends together. There’s no strict rule when it comes to using our blends - feel free to create a routine that works best for you. As a general guideline, we recommend not exceeding 3 tablespoons of Daily Spoon products per day.

How should I store the blends?

For optimal freshness, store the blends in a sealed package in a cool, dark place. The fridge is an ideal spot for this.

How does Creavitalis® differ from other creatine on the market?

The main differences are origin and purity. Creavitalis® is produced in Germany at a factory dedicated specifically to creatine synthesis, is 99.9%+ pure, micronized (dissolves well), and neutral in taste. How much and how to use Daily Spoon creatine?
