Rokas - Daily Spoon

Paulina

Dermatologist

I particularly value plant-based proteins, which I often recommend to acne-prone patients as an alternative to whey protein. Pure-form creatine has also become part of my daily routine, while Matcha and Cacao are a healthy and delicious addition to my everyday life thanks to their taste and quality.

Daily Spoon protein is creamy, fully soluble, and delicious. I drink it after every workout when I need to recover quickly.

I really dislike artificial flavors, so this is a real treat for me — delicious lemon and mint electrolytes that I actually enjoy drinking rather than having to force myself to.
