Then we turn our attention to the hair - strong curls depend not only on genes or external care, but also on how much of the substances that nurture hair growth manage to reach the hair follicle through the bloodstream. We've made sure you get it all while you enjoy a wild berry flavor drink - biotin, keratin, selenium, copper, zinc and natural extracts.
All the rituals are naturally formulated and do not contain concentrated portions of a single ingredient, so they can be used in combination within the recommended daily dose.
Use the rituals regularly, one serving per day. Use after food - 2 capsules of Glow with a glass (200 ml) of water, while Gut prime and Hair also only need a glass of water each for a refreshing berry lemonade.

Do the products contain gluten or lactose?
No, our blends are both gluten and lactose-free. However, please note that some of our ingredients are packaged in a facility that also handles gluten-containing products.
Is it safe to use the products during pregnancy and lactation?
All Daily Spoon products are highly nutritious and contain no concentrated additives. However, we recommend consulting your doctor before using them during pregnancy or lactation.
From our side, we can say that we have many pregnant and breastfeeding clients who have chosen to use our products, however, we do not recommend supplements such as Hair and Glow at all.
Are your products plant-based?
Nearly all of the ingredients in our products are plant-based, with the exception of the keratin in Ritual HAIR, which is derived from animals.
How should I store the blends?
For optimal freshness, store the blends in a sealed package in a cool, dark place. The fridge is an ideal spot for this.
From what age can the products be used?
We recommend using the rituals from the age of 12 years and up, starting with half portions. However, some of our clients with younger children also have them try the blends. In such cases, it's important to ensure that they are not sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients.
