Delivery of goods

In Lithuania, we deliver products by the following methods:

DPD and Omniva self-service parcel terminals (within 2 – 4 weekdays after order confirmation)
By courier (2-3 weekdays after order confirmation)

Visit our studio at Polocko st. 32, Vilnius – here you can shop our products instantly – without the need to wait for a shipment.

The courier delivers orders on weekdays until 5 p.m.

We deliver abroad by DPD, GLS, UPS, Post NL ir Poczta PL couriers (3-15 weekdays after order confirmation).

If the customer fails to collect the parcel from the self-service parcel terminal by the deadline set by the transport company, it is returned to the sender. If the customer wants the parcel to be re-sent, he/she must pay the cost of the additional postage and return.

! During the hot period, please choose the delivery method responsibly. We recommend picking up the parcels as soon as possible or choosing another delivery method.

Delivery charges

In Lithuania for orders from € 66.00 delivery via Omniva and DPD terminals is FREE.
For orders in Lithuania up to € 66.00, an additional delivery fee applies:
via terminal from € 2.47, by courier € 3.92
For orders to foreign countries, an additional delivery fee applies from € 4.84.

Return policy

We are a small business and offer fair prices for our products, so we cannot cover the cost of returns or take back used products.
However, if you would like to return an unopened package, we can certainly accept it and give you a refund, but we will ask you to cover the shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding!
