Yes, you can use multiple blends together. There’s no strict rule when it comes to using our blends - feel free to create a routine that works best for you. As a general guideline, we recommend not exceeding 3 tablespoons of Daily Spoon products per day.

All Daily Spoon products are highly nutritious and contain no concentrated additives. However, we recommend consulting your doctor before using them during pregnancy or lactation.

From our side, we can say that we have many pregnant and breastfeeding clients who have chosen to use our products, however, we do not recommend supplements such as Hair and Glow at all.

Almost all of the ingredients in our products are of plant-based, with the exception of the keratin in Ritual Hair, which is animal-based.

No, our blends are both gluten and lactose-free. However, please note that some of our ingredients are packaged in a facility that also handles gluten-containing products.

Gut Prime can be used continuously for up to 4 months, depending on how you feel. After that, a 1-2 month break should be taken, and then it can be repeated.

Glow is ideally recommended to be used for up to 2 months, after which a break should also be taken.

Hair is suggested for regular use for 3 months, followed by a break. Usage can be continued again after 3 months.

If you are using De-stress daily, it should not be used for more than 3 months. A break is also recommended after that.

For optimal freshness, store the blends in a sealed package in a cool, dark place. The fridge is an ideal spot for this.

We recommend using the rituals from the age of 12 years and up, starting with half portions. However, some of our clients with younger children also have them try the blends. In such cases, it's important to ensure that they are not sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients.
