So, to avoid empty hands and to keep feeling good, I choose to sip this cocktail.

Cooking instructions

  1. Place a handful of frozen cherries that have thawed a little, a teaspoon of honey and a squeeze of lime juice in a glass. “Pat the cherries to release the juice.
  2. Add ice cubes. Top up with tonic water.
  3. Stir in a sprig of thyme and enjoy!

I chose peaches and nectarines for this recipe because they complement the creaminess of the yoghurt, but then I tried it with watermelon on its own - it was also refreshingly tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 peach or nectarine
  • 1 tsp fresh honey or maple syrup (for extra sweetness)
  • A dash of Daily Spoon Ceylon cinnamon
