These cookies contain more nutritious ingredients, less sugar, no flour, yet just as much chocolate flavor—and they take under 15 minutes to make (including washing the dishes) 🍫 Tahini is a sesame seed paste rich in protein and healthy fats, with a creamy, nutty flavor that makes it perfect for everything—from salads to soft cookies.
Cooking Instructions
- We mix and whisk the wet ingredients: egg, tahini, maple syrup, and coconut oil.
- Gradually, while stirring, we add the cocoa powder, flour, sea salt, and baking soda. Be careful not to add too much baking soda, as the cookies will rise and become dry.
- Then, we chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the dough. Divide the dough into 10 balls, then, using slightly oiled hands, place the balls onto baking paper and gently press them down to form cookies.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 8–10 minutes and let them cool for at least 5 minutes before serving 🍪
