I chose peaches and nectarines for this recipe because they complement the creaminess of the yoghurt, but then I tried it with watermelon on its own - it was also refreshingly tasty.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 peach or nectarine
- 1 tsp fresh honey or maple syrup (for extra sweetness)
- A dash of Daily Spoon Ceylon cinnamon
Cooking instructions
- The first thing you put on the plate is the base – Greek yoghurt. And then grate a frozen peach on top.
- Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
